Return Policy

1. General Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except where required by law.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

 

2. Exceptions

This policy does not limit your rights under state or federal laws, including warranty protections for defective products under Delaware law.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Do not return the item to the manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

 

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:

  • Items that are damaged, not in original condition, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned after the 30-day period.

 

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about your refund status.

If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

6. Delayed Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as some banks take time to process refunds.
  3. Reach out to your bank for further assistance.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded unless required by law.

 

8. Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.

To request an exchange, email us at support@donriff.com and follow the provided instructions.

 

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive:

  • A gift credit for the value of the return.
  • A gift certificate via email once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

 

10. Defective Products

Under Delaware and federal law, defective items may be returned free of charge.

If you receive a defective product, notify us immediately at support@donriff.com.

 

11. Shipping Costs

Who covers the return shipping?

  • If the product is defective or we made an error, we cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute about a return or refund, we encourage you to resolve it amicably with us.

For unresolved matters, you may seek mediation or arbitration in accordance with Delaware laws.
